The Intentional Mind provides online relationship and communication assessment tools under the brand TwoRelate. Our proprietary assessment generates communication profiles and matching reports that help users understand and improve relationships.
To access some features, you’ll create an account and password. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately if your account is used without authorization. We may suspend or close your account if we believe your information is false or your account is misused.
You may delete your account anytime through your profile settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you’ve violated this Agreement or applicable law.
You agree not to post or share anything illegal, abusive, or offensive; impersonate another person; harass others; upload viruses; collect or scrape data; or use the Services for commercial solicitation. We may remove content or suspend users who violate these rules.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using TwoRelate, you consent to data storage and processing in the U.S. We comply with CCPA and GDPR where applicable. You may request access or deletion of your data at support@tworelate.com.
The Intentional Mind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any).

• Users aged 13–17 may use the Services only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Services, users aged 13–17 represent and warrant that such permission has been obtained.
• Users aged 18 and older may use the Services independently.
• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services.
