About
Transform your relationships
Our Mission
At the center of our work is Receptive Alignment™ — a structured, research-informed approach to customized communication. When people understand how they process information, handle conflict, and interpret emotion, they stop fighting each other and start understanding each other.
The more our community applies Receptive Alignment™ in real conversations, the stronger our relationships become.
Better communication isn’t soft.
It’s foundational.
And it’s trainable.
Leadership
Tim Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Tim Williams is the co-founder and CEO of TwoRelate and The Intentional Mind, LLC. For more than two decades, Tim has worked in leadership roles, incorporating corporate communications, leadership development, and strategic relationship management to help oganizations navigate complex human dynamics with clarity and intention.
Throughout his career, Tim has observed a consistent pattern: most breakdowns, in business and in life, are not caused by lack of intelligence or effort, but by misaligned communication. This realization led him to co-develop Receptive Alignment™ and launch TwoRelate as a practical solution to one of humanity’s oldest problems: misunderstanding.
Tim’s work centers on self-awareness, emotional maturity, and intentional leadership. He believes that when individuals understand how they process information and emotion, they become more grounded, more effective, and more capable of leading healthy relationships.
As CEO, Tim guides the strategic vision of TwoRelate, focusing on scalable tools, accessible frameworks, and measurable outcomes that improve both personal and organizational communication.
